Sanchez Enterprises maintains a strict refund structure to ensure clarity and consistency for all customers.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only if the customer receives the incorrect product.

A refund may be approved if:

  • The item received is not the product ordered

  • The customer notifies us within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof is provided (order number, photos, etc.)

  • Our team verifies the error

Non‑Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Correct items received

  • Items functioning as described

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

  • Accidental orders

  • Customer misuse or damage

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs

Returns & Exchanges

Sanchez Enterprises does not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances unless the wrong item was shipped.

Refund Processing
